Supracolor Soft watercolor pencils can be used as both a colored pencil and as a watercolor! The soft, pigmented lead allows for decent opacity and coverage and can be faded out, blended with fingertips, textured by rubbing the lead on sandpaper, or used as a watercolor if you apply water with a brush.
