Figure Drawing with Van Arno

Improve your already existing figure drawing skills or even start for the very first time! This class is friendly to all levels. Instructed by figurative artist Van Arno, each week's session focuses on something so you're always exercising your abilities or learning something new! Models are usually nude and, at times, costumed.

Supplies you need to bring:

A pad of paper of your choice. Newsprint is good for rough, fast sketches, whereas drawing paper is better for longer poses and final pieces.

Charcoal, drawing pencils, or soft pastels

An eraser and a sharpener
