New Wave Artist Palettes provide a complete solution by utilizing a patent pending 3 anchor point design: hand; forearm; and torso/hip resting areas. Our unique design creates a triangular system with a universal fit so that no one point of the artist palette is forced to bear a majority of the weight for extended periods of time. This creates an effective distribution of weight. Holding your color palette in the same light as your canvas makes it much easier to achieve the proper values and colors, but comfort is essential. All of our wooden artist palettes are handcrafted by a Mennonite wood shop in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania for both right handed and left handed artists.
