How do I return an item?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Blue Rooster Art, regardless of the reason, you are entitled to an exchange or replacement of equal value.

If you would like to exchange the items that you purchased please email us to alert us of your wish for an exchange. All exchanged items must arrive back to Blue Rooster Art within 30 days of the original purchase. If the product was damaged, defective, or we shipped you a product different from the one ordered Blue Rooster Art will compensate you for the cost of return postage.

Google Chrome (15.0)

Click the spanner icon on the browser toolbar.
Select Options.
Click the Under the Hood tab.
Click Content Settings in the 'Privacy section.'
Select Allow all sites to run JavaScript in the 'JavaScript' section.

Mozilla Firefox (11.0)

Select Firefox from the top menu.
Choose Preferences.
Choose Content from the top navigation.
Select the checkbox next to Enable JavaScript and click OK.

Internet Explorer (9.0)

Select Tools from the top menu.
Choose Internet Options.
Click on the Security tab.
Click on Custom Level.
Scroll down until you see the section labeled 'Scripting.'
Under 'Active Scripting,' select Enable and click OK.

Apple Safari (5.0)

Open the Safari menu on your browser's toolbar.
Choose Preferences.
Choose Security.
Select the checkbox next to Enable JavaScript.
